Using the traditional methodological models of a status quaestionis (state of the question) and/or quaestitio disputata (disputed question) the seminar will then turn to a consideration of selected contemporary moral debates selected by the class, especially in the areas of bioethics, health care and end-of-life issues, reproductive technologies, and some questions related to sexual and marital ethics.
