MPRX 7703 Business Development Workshop (Fall/Spring: 2 )
The goal of this course is to create a learning experience for students that provides exposure to and experience in using teams to identify and communicate new business ideas to interested parties such as venture capitalists, bosses and other business partners. Each team of students is asked to produce a two-part deliverable. The first is a business plan including funding or external resources required and the organizational resources and functions needed to implement the idea. The second is a 15-minute presentation of the new business idea to a panel of experts and participating teams.
